A collection of posts regarding a viking mega game, run at an elementary school.
Students were from 4th to 6th grade. There was 6 different classes doing the game, they were mixed into different teams. Each team had a color: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple.
The game is part exploration, combat, ressources management and trading. Working on different viking themed workshops, students earn ressources. Ressources are invested into miniatures, buildings and such.
Students earn points in power (current power), religion (how well the gods like them) and saga (how well will they be remembered).
